As part of our advert you will have noticed that we conduct full referencing of all our housemates.
If you do not think that you will meet the referencing criteria we will need you to provide a guarantor. Please forward this link to your guarantor and ask them to complete this ASAP to ensure that we can proceed with your referencing promptly.

Once we begin referencing, your fees are non-refundable.
This is a summary of our process once we have all your documents, your fees and your completed forms (including the one from your guarantor, if a guarantor is required), we will begin referencing.
As a reminder, we require certain documents to verify your identity and your income. If we require any further information or documentation I will let you know.
Kindly note that at Check in, we will ask to see all the original documents you have uploaded.
In order to check you in, we must see all the original documents.
The full referencing process can take up to 5 days to complete. We therefore suggest that you contact your current (or new) employer and your current and previous landlord ASAP to let them know that we will usually be contacting them within 24/48 hours in order for us to complete our referencing process as quickly as possible.
